Owen is the sweet sweet new little brother of THESE little girls and they all are children of my very bestist friend. It has been so fun to have a new baby around to snuggle and cuddle and love on!
Mr. Owen has many out of town aunties and uncles and grandparents who have not yet been able to see him in person...so I thought I would showcase some detail shots of him so that they can see all his newborn goodness that goes away too quickly.
Kelly brought this binky for him because it was soft and would not leave marks on his face from sucking it. Thing was, it was just so big compared to his tiny little self that I had to include it in a picture.
His lashes are unbelievable. They are so dainty and long they almost look painted on.
At no other time in life is ear hair peach fuzz cute and adorable...but on Owen, it sure is:)
Look at his smushy little lips and cheeks!
Kelly and I were quite excited that he is already able to rock a tiny little fauxhawk!
k, pop quiz! What color eyes do you think would reflect the most light?
If you said blue or green, in my opinion, you are wrong...although that would seem the most logical guess.
I've found that the eyes that really seem to sparkle and shine in the light that all photographers crave are the eyes that are the darkest of brown and this little sister and brother combo certainly proves that point. Their eyes are just like little mirrors!
This was a session that *almost* had to be rescheduled because the sky was dark and the rain was literally pouring right up until the minute our session started. Thankfully, though, once the rain stopped the skies turned blue again and the sun shone brightly!
Miss C has just turned one and her Mama wanted to have captured these precious moments in her life. Her brother, Mr. C, who is 3.5 came along and also posed for me! These two were as sweet as could be and I think they had a lot of fun during their session!
Mr. & Mrs. M...it was nice meeting you and I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
Isn't she angelic here?
3 year old boys can be very ornery...but they can also be very sweet and shy:)
What an adorable outift! C's mom has great taste, she brought this along!
What you don't know is that there was a steady trickle of rain coming down off this buildings roof, kind of like a shower. Little Miss C discovered it by walking into it and was none too happy about a surprise rain shower on her head:)
This one might be one of my favorites. I've noticed while photographing other kids this age (12 months) that they get lost in their own little worlds right in the middle of a session. She "got lost" picking clover, here.
