hese two little girls were just the sweetest things! Miss L just turned one and her big sister, Miss A, will turn four in a couple of months. Despite how young they are they were such troopers! I think we changed their outfits four times each and never once did they complain! Miss L is tiny and sweet and has the prettiest blue eyes. Miss A, who is also sweet, is quite the fan of The Beatles. I asked her what her favorite song was and she yelled, "Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band". That is quite the mouthful for a three year old!
It was great working with you S Family! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
I love this one. Despite the wispy piece of hair that blew in her face right as I pushed the shutter, I still think I caught a glimpse of her soul.
Their Mama brought along the pettiskirts and matching "age" shirts. Aren't they cute?
art of the fun of being a children's photographer is getting to meet other photographers and having the opportunity to photograph their children.
I got the chance to do that this past Saturday. Over the winter I was contacted by the talented Tiffany of Munchkins and Mohawks Photography. She was interested in having me photograph her children.
I enjoyed meeting you, Tiffany. You are beautiful inside and out. Enjoy your sneak peek!
She's got a great "serious face", doesn't she?
What a beautiful Mama! You can tell she really adores her little girl!
You can actually see streaky rainy bokeh in the color version here! That rain would just not cut us a break!
These are the two beautiful daughters of my bestest friend. It had been well over a year since I had done a formal session with them, so we took advantage of the beautiful spring weather and set out for some photography fun! The girls are now 4.5 and 6.5 and they really enjoyed our session. They were great models, too!
I have added a new gallery to my website as well. You can see it HERE. I think clients and potential clients might like to see exactly what a session gallery of mine looks like...so there it is. Enjoy!
pring does wonderful things to the forests! Each spring, I find myself amazed at the transformation that occurs in such a short time. Just a month ago, the forest floor was barren...dark and muddy. And within just weeks of the warm weather's arrival, things like tall wispy wild onions and delicate little pink flowers decorate the same areas. Hooray for spring!
My little model, Miss L, was such an absolute joy to photograph! She happily did anything I asked her to do and she even came up with some ideas of her own. I know she had a lot of fun during our session because she told me that I could photograph her again any time I wanted. "Even if I have plans", she said, "I will do them and then I will let you take my pictures again". Isn't she sweet?
love this one!
She thought the end of the session was fun...falling down and throwing tulip petals at the photographer!
